Return Policy

For all returns, they must be made within 30 days purchase. If you are returning a perishable item (e.g., food and/or treats), it must be unopened and in its original packaging to be eligible for return. Please have your receipt. If you have your receipt, the items will be refunded in the same form of payment the product was purchased. If there is no receipt, a store credit will be issued. 

For delivery orders that are to be returned, you may either return in store, or ship it back to one of our locations. We will then process the return via phone when we have received the items. Shipping charges are non-refundable. When sending products back, shipping costs are not covered by Pawsome PetSupplies.
